City of Kirkland v. A.D.

Charges: Assault 4, Domestic Violence

Outcomes: Dismissal

Description: Client was accused of throwing a cup at his life in girlfriend and later pushing is forearm against her throat and putting her into a "head lock".  Client was arrested and taken to jail when the police arrived.  We are able to convince the prosecutor that the client had acted in self-defense after first being attached by the alleged victim.  Charges against the client were all dismissed.
