Outcome: Charge of domestic violence assault dismissed at readiness hearing.

Description: Client accused of assaulting his girlfriend in an incident that resulted in a physical confrontation with a bystander.  My client was significantly injured by the bystander.  Through investigation we were able to determine that the bystander was refusing to cooperate with witness interviews and the prosecutor was forced to dismiss the case.
